I enrolled in December 2016 for BA training & I landed a job July 2017; due to the high quality training, scheduled course with focused agenda, dedicated instructors, best audio & visual access to the training all along motivating each and every student that regardless of your experience, you can become successful if you utilize all of the resources that Yes-M Systems provides. The training is focused on the true tasks of a BA role so the training and material covered are all very detailed and methodical along with project like homework assignment and students are asked to participate & present their homework assignments. As you near the completion the training, marketing team starts working with each of us with resume preparation and mock interviews, I gained so much help in putting my resume together. Finally, the placement works with you until you are in a job/project. I completed my QA training in September. I did the 100-hour manual and automation testing training. My focus was little more on the automation side because more jobs are in the automation testing. I was brand new to IT and yet I had to learn Selenium with Java (we spent close to 30 hours in Selenium/Java training). The selenium instructor was very good in teaching us Java. In addition, we also learnt QTP, Mobile/Appium, SOAP, SQL and other QA topics. We spent close to 70 hours in automation testing topics. It was close to a 100 hour training. Towards the middle of November, I got hired as a Selenium tester here in Atlanta. YesM systems helped me to with marketing and resume preparations.Also, I took 2 mock interviews with Srikkanth which helped me to clear the interview.

I did my QA and BA Training from Yes M Systems. It’s one of the best places to get training in QA and BA. All the instructors part of the QA course were very knowledgeable and imparted training even to students who were new to the IT field. Regarding BA, one of the main reasons I chose Yes M systems for BA training is that their course is endorsed by IIBA which means I am one step closer if I want to get my BA certification in future. It covers all the important aspects of BA job requirements. The whole course for QA and BA is not taught by one instructor instead by different people who experts in their own field. The course is a combination of theory and projects. The students are given assignments covering different domains like airlines, banking, retail and healthcare, which require students to spend atleast 8-10 hours after class to complete the same, which in turn helps to understand the concepts better. Yes M systems also have an excellent back office staff who help with resume preparation, marketing, arranging mock interviews, etc. They offer free courses on the latest tools in the market for like Tableau, JIRA, etc. and free interview preparation and soft skills training. All instructors were very knowledgeable, Nandu really helpful, always responded promptly , always available for guidance. In few weeks you can get to learn a lot, from basic to advanced topics – use case to user story , from waterfall approch to agile methodology , I loved the JAD class and UML class. I took BA Training two years ago and then took QA after finishing BA. I started working 2.5 months after finishing the training. I wanted to become a BA so I pursued it and now working as a successful BA. I really thank YesM for a fantastic BA training. We learnt how to develop mock-up screen, we created 3-4 functional requirements (projects) documents on airline and banking applications. These projects were reviewed and feedback was given to us so that we could fix our mistakes. Later on we wrote uses cases (Banking and Retail) and learnt how to write stories. Using Visio, we learnt how to create UML diagrams, flow charts etc. I still maintain these project documents. In addition, we were taught Manual testing and SQL with very good practice sessions. This course gave me a lot of confidence to perform the role of a BA. I also got a good help for resume/marketing/mock interview help. The QA training that I took was good too but my focus was more on the BA side.

He makes even a layman understand the concepts by giving real world examples, not straight from book. All instructors come with rich experience. Each topic is taught by a person who is an expert in that area, QTP by one instructor, Selenium by other and so on. We get to do lot of hands on and assignments.There is lot of flexibility, we can take up the classes as many times we want for a year, unlike many other institutes who charge additional fee. We can request for the class recording if we are unable to attend any of the classes. We get more than what we pay for. They provide all the training material and notes, required software, interview preparation and resume preparation help. They also helped me get a job. I took Selenium training at YESM Systems with Mr. Nandu Sir when I needed this skill set for an immediate assignment. Mr. Nandu Sir was very helpful and arranged a knowledgeable instructor (Mr. Sailesh Sir) for me with in a short time. With the training I received I was able to independently build a Selenium framework for my new project and was able to quickly get strong grip on the technical aspects of the project. I am very thankful to Mr. Nandu Sir for his timely help & guidance when I really needed someone to help me last minute. I consider Mr. Nandu Sir a very reliable person and a kind human being. I highly recommend YESM Systems for those who are experienced and as well as newbies. Recently I referred a cousin sister of mine (fresh from graduate school) for BA/QA/QTP training with Mr. Nandu’s institute and she was able to get through a job interview with in 5 months. I can tell how seriously Yes-M Systems takes issues that students raise about training because I have been on the other side. There is no way Preetish is a genuine student. You raise an issue in public only when yours concerns haven’t been addressed. There is not an iota of that not happening if the owner is who you addressed your concern to. I have heard about QA courses from friends and family members, but before I joined Yes-M system, I was a bit skeptical about if the training would be worth my money. Yes-M system absolutely is worth the money. I did shop around and speak to others. I actually found out that some of my friends where taking this course for a lot higher price, but not learning nearly enough elsewhere. I have gained complete knowledge and understanding about QA from Nandu and his team. The course load involves practical exercises, not just theoretical information, which is extremely helpful in the real world. Nandu and Malik were very approachable and caring. Even before the course ended, I have been offered several positions in this field. Nandu and Malik has been very helpful to me even after I began my job. I know that I can always turn to them if I have any questions. Yes-M system not only teaches QA course, but helps build a better future.

But when I called Nandu, somehow I started getting good feelings, and Nandu explained everything on phone and I decided to join Yes-M Systems. Today I feel that decision to join Yes-M System was the correct one. Yes-M System’s and Nandu’s training method is very understandable and the trainers are very experienced and that showed in their training. They always talked about real time scenarios and used best practices. Their training is so good that one person got the job as a BA right after the training. After the training, Yes-M System helped us prepare resume and also helped us in interview preparation. Fees for the course is very reasonable compare to others. Nandu is a very helpful person. Due to my prior experience with other training institutes,I was kind of skeptical about YesM Systems. But I have to admit that I was very impressed with the BA training I had undergone. Nandu and Mayukh deserve a special mention for going above and beyond to help the students. I would definitely recommend YesM Systems to everyone who are interested in taking their training.
